Payment Terms

Vendmark offers NET 30 DAYS payment terms to businesses who have prior, approved credit arrangements with us.
Orders must be accompanied by a signed purchase requisition, and include telephone, fax, billing and ship to addresses.

 Credit Card Payments

Vendmark accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. Credit card and other information
is processed safely over a secure server. Orders are processed offline directly with our bank in a safe and confidential
manner. A copy of the paid in full invoice will be sent either with shipment, email or to an alternate address if requested.
 

Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian currency. Taxes, and shipping costs are not included.
Vendmark reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery cost.

All national and international orders including USA will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.

International shipments including USA are subject to custom duty and brokerage fees.

These additional cost are not within our control and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Local and regional deliveries will be shipped via FedEx, Purolator, DanFoss Courier or Canada Post.

We will not ship to Post Office boxes.

Refunds, Returns & Warranty

Vendmark will refund the cost for all items returned unopened and in salable condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us
prior to returning any item to receive a RMA number. No return will be accepted without a RMA.

We further warrant all items to be free of workmanship and material defect.
Vendmark in conjunction with it's suppliers will replace any item proven to be defective at no additional cost, freight not included to the
customer. Return delivery cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Be sure to notify us immediately upon receipt of any product or shipping discrepancies. If item (s) were received
damaged during shipping, please notify the carrier immediately.
